Melanie Vazquez

Best advice you ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is honestly that if you’re afraid to do something, chances are it is probably EXACTLY what you should do. Facing fears is the reason why people go far in this life.

Favorite food?

This is such a hard one lol and depends on the category of healthy or not lol. I am a HUGE taco bell fun (I know its so bad for you lol) BUT this is honestly one of my favorite parts of shooting because I usually wont eat much before I shoot or do any content work. However, once I’m done, I go straight to the Taco Bell drive thru lol. I normally eat well, Taco Bell will always be my worst vice lol.

Favorite part of a mans body?

All of it lol. I am weak when it comes to a man with a beard. Something about that to me just looks so manly and its definitely a preference for me. I also prefer older men, I don’t date my age. My second favorite body part is…. 😊 (I’ll answer the rest of this off-set lol)

Favorite part of your body?

Probably my waist. It is one of the areas I actually have to put the least effort into working out because its just naturally small and defined. I can have a big ass, thick thighs, and my waist just stays the same.

Turn ons?

I have quite a bit of them lol. One of my biggest turn on’s is dominant men who know what they like and want when it comes to sex. I like when men are bossy and more on the aggressive side in bed. I am very submissive and like being told what to do, so it’s a fair exchange.

Turn offs?

Men with no sense of style. Probably the biggest one for me. I think my second biggest would probably be men who come on way too strong. Please don’t tell me you’re in love with me and try to introduce me to your mom the first time we have sex, you will probably get blocked lol.

You're our #modelcrushmonday, who is yours?

There are so many beautiful models I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate and work with. My WCW will probably always be my best friend Stephanie. Go follow her on Instagram @stephmarieinkd.

Best part of making love? Besides the obvious.

Honestly for me the best part is the intensity. Like the build up before it actually happens. You know when you’re like with someone and you give them this look and you know that they know exactly what is about to go down, and all of these thoughts go through your brain, like wondering how this person is going to feel and taste. That part right there.

You feel sexiest when?

When I’m in front of the lens. Most of my shoots with no clothes on. To me one of the most empowering thing a woman can do is be confident with her body. Insecurity is hard especially for models because there’s a lot of beautiful women. I think what a lot of women fail to realize is that there is a market for every single body type, color, race. You name it and there is people out there who want it.

Advice you'd give a guy trying to date you?

Be smooth, don’t try to hard. I notice those things in a man immediately. Subtle flex with a woman like me will get you farther.

Favorite place to be touched?

My neck. I love rough sex, so anything that has to do with my neck, makes want to say yes to everything lol.

Least place to be touched?

My ears lol. I have never liked it, probably never will. I genuinely like my whole entire body being touched in one way or another, EXCEPT my ears. Don’t do that lol.

Craziest place you've ever done "it"

I am a thrill seeker so anything out of the ordinary for me, I am more likely to try it then not lol. One of the best was on the interstate while he was driving the car. It was flying going probably about 90 mph and I was, well you know, enjoying the ride lol.

Do you have a sexual bucket list? Anything you want to share?

I don’t think I have a sexual bucket list, I’m pretty well rounded lol. If I had to pick something, it would probably be to have sex in Bali looking at the ocean in a villa. I don’t know what view is going to be better, the island or me.

Describe the perfect date.

The perfect date: telling me what time to be ready and the dresscode, pick me up, take me to a romantic dinner somewhere on the beach, candle lit, table for two only. Then take me back to your room, and eat me next.

What kind of reaction do you get when you tell people you're a model?

Most people aren’t surprised lol, a lot of my friends or colleagues are in the industry as well, so they already know what I do. When people see me out in public and learn that, I can usually see a level of curiosity or that they are intrigued by it and want to ask me questions. I’ve been published in a lot of magazines all over the world. So, for me, I don’t generally bring up the fact that I model to people unless we are discussing business collaborations or my work. I’m active and show a big part of my work on my socials so anyone who follows me knows what I do.

As a model, how do you deal with the collateral drama of your profession? Like dating?

I don’t lol. I try to avoid drama as much as possible. My partner now isn’t in the industry, he is a business owner in a completely different type of world. So, I genuinely don’t have to deal with dating drama. I do deal with a lot of men obviously lol, and for me, I am a professional model and I know I put out amazing work. I do good business so even the men I have had the pleasure of working with in this industry have been great. I also shoot a lot of boudoir and nude concepts, so a lot of the men I work with see nudity regularly and its not something extraordinary to them although the comfortability I have with my body might be something not seen often. I know personally when I come to shoot nude, I come with a vision and that’s what we are here to perfect, nothing more nothing less. I think another important aspect of avoiding drama for me is that I don’t smoke or drink. I can be out modeling at an event until 2 AM completely sober and have a great time, meet great people and create even better content. Having the right state of mind is so important.

What do you think the difference is, being an inked model versus a glamour model?

A glamour model usually doesn’t have tattoos, and if they do they aren’t visible. Being an inked or alt model usually targets fans that want to see women with tattoos. For me, although I do have tattoos all over me, I can do glamour shoots as well as darker concepts, I am versatile. The creation of bringing a concept that my photographer and I discuss to real life is the most exciting part of my work.

Describe the atmosphere when you're on a shoot. Do you play music? Do you talk with the photographer in between shots?

I do play music. Music I believe is a HUGE mood creator on set. For me, someone who loves music, I need to be in the zone. I don’t only play music while shooting, I play music beforehand while I prep hair and makeup as well. I have a very eclectic taste in music, so before hand I listen to a lot of Chase Atlantic. On-set I keep it at Drake, Weeknd, Tory Lanez. Something sexy.

If you could go back in time and talk to the young you when you started modeling, what advice would you give yourself?

“Melanie, your wildest dreams are only wild to those who are too scared to think bigger. Don’t listen and keep going. You are in for the ride of your life.”
